Effortless Beef Stroganoff (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Egg noodles, 6 oz.
02 - Ground beef, 1 pound.
03 - Butter, 1/4 cup.
04 - All-purpose flour, 1/4 cup.
05 - Beef broth, 1 cup.
06 - Milk, 1 1/4 cups.
07 - Garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon.
08 - Onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon.
09 - Black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon.
10 - Salt, 3/4 teaspoon.
11 - Sour cream, 1/4 cup.

# Instructions:

01 - Follow the directions on the noodle package to cook the pasta and then set it aside.
02 - Add ground beef to a hot skillet and break it apart while cooking for 6-8 minutes, until the pink is gone. Drain extra grease, if necessary.
03 - In the same pan, melt the butter, then stir in the flour and let it cook for two minutes.
04 - Slowly pour in the broth, then add the milk while whisking. Keep going until it thickens, which should take 7-10 minutes.
05 - Sprinkle in the onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
06 - Combine the noodles, cooked beef, and sour cream into the skillet so everything heats up together.
