Cheesy Egg Bake Easy (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 6-10 big eggs.
02 - 2-3 cups shredded cheddar.
03 - 6 cubes of stale bread slices.
04 - 2 cups of milk.
05 - Salt as you like.
06 - Pepper as you like.
07 - 1 cup corn kernels (optional).
08 - 1/2 cup chopped-up broccoli (optional).
09 - 1/2 cup cut-up mushrooms (optional).
10 - 1/4 cup of thinly sliced green onions (optional).
11 - 1 cup cooked sausage or ham cubes (optional).
12 - 3 slices of cooked bacon, crumbled (optional).
13 - 1 teaspoon of Herbes de Provence (optional).
14 - 1/4-1/2 teaspoon of cumin or curry powder (optional).

# Instructions:

01 - Turn the oven to 350°F and let it warm up.
02 - Whisk the eggs in a big bowl. Toss in milk and cheese. Stir in bread chunks until soaked.
03 - Mix in extras, salt, and pepper. Add more eggs if needed to cover everything.
04 - Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan. Pour the mixture into it.
05 - Let it bake 50-60 minutes until the top is golden and the middle springs back when tapped.
06 - Let it cool for about 10 minutes before cutting and serving.

# Notes:

01 - Want it firmer? Add extra eggs.
02 - Cook mushrooms first to reduce liquid.
03 - Prep the night before if needed.
04 - Fresh bread? Dry in the oven at 200°F for 10 minutes.
