# Ingredients:

→ Skillet

01 - 450 g beef sirloin, thinly sliced
02 - 225 g mushrooms, sliced
03 - 1 small green bell pepper, diced
04 - 3 garlic cloves, minced
05 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
06 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
07 - Salt, to taste
08 - Black pepper, to taste

→ Creamy Sauce

09 - 240 ml heavy cream
10 - 240 ml beef broth
11 - 50 g grated Parmesan cheese
12 - 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour (optional, for thickening)
13 - 1 tablespoon unsalted butter

→ Pasta

14 - 340 g cheese tortellini (fresh or frozen)

→ Garnish

15 - Fresh parsley, chopped
16 - Grated Parmesan cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the cheese tortellini and cook according to package instructions (typically 3–5 minutes for fresh). Drain and reserve 120 ml of pasta water. Set tortellini aside.
02 - Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet on medium-high heat. Add thinly sliced beef and season with Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Sear for 2–3 minutes per side until browned and just cooked. Transfer beef to a plate and set aside.
03 - Add remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil to the skillet. Sauté sliced mushrooms and diced green bell pepper for 4–5 minutes until softened and lightly caramelized. Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 additional minute until aromatic.
04 - Lower heat to medium. Melt butter in the skillet, then sprinkle in flour if using, stirring for 1 minute to form a roux. Gradually whisk in beef broth and heavy cream, ensuring no lumps remain. Stir in Parmesan cheese and simmer for 3–4 minutes until sauce thickens. Adjust consistency with extra broth or reserved pasta water as needed.
05 - Return seared beef and cooked tortellini to the skillet. Toss everything to coat in the creamy sauce. Let simmer for 2–3 minutes for flavors to meld.
06 - Top with chopped fresh parsley and additional grated Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - For added creaminess, incorporate a splash of reserved pasta water to the sauce if needed.
02 - Thinly slicing the beef ensures quick and even cooking.
