Easy Fried Cheese Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - A handful of mozzarella string cheese sticks (10).
02 - 1 cup of all-purpose flour.
03 - Breadcrumbs (Italian-style), 1 cup.
04 - Two big eggs.
05 - Around 1/4 cup of milk.
06 - A dash of cayenne for some heat (if you like).
07 - Oil for frying, like vegetable oil.

# Instructions:

01 - Slice the string cheese into small, snackable chunks.
02 - In one bowl, beat together the eggs and milk. Use separate bowls for flour and breadcrumbs.
03 - Dunk each cheese bite first in the flour, then cover it with the egg mix, and finally press it into breadcrumbs. Place them on a plate.
04 - Pour enough oil into your pan to make it about 2 inches deep. Heat it to 350°F and check readiness with a wooden handle—bubbles mean it's good to go.
05 - Drop 5-7 cheese bites at a time into the hot oil. Fry for about half a minute until golden brown, keeping them apart. Drain on paper towels after.
06 - Best served warm. Add marinara if you want a dipping sauce.
