In one bowl, beat together the eggs and milk. Use separate bowls for flour and breadcrumbs.

Dunk each cheese bite first in the flour, then cover it with the egg mix, and finally press it into breadcrumbs. Place them on a plate.

Pour enough oil into your pan to make it about 2 inches deep. Heat it to 350°F and check readiness with a wooden handle—bubbles mean it's good to go.

Drop 5-7 cheese bites at a time into the hot oil. Fry for about half a minute until golden brown, keeping them apart. Drain on paper towels after.
