Extra Crunch Cottage Cheese Chips (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup small curd cottage cheese, 4% milkfat.

# Instructions:

01 - Set oven to 350°F and place parchment paper on a big cookie sheet.
02 - Drop spoonfuls of cottage cheese (1 tablespoon each) 2 inches apart on the sheet. Use a spoon to flatten them to about a quarter-inch thickness.
03 - Sprinkle any extra seasoning you like over the flattened cheese.
04 - Bake for 40-50 minutes until the edges are deep brown and the tops turn medium or golden brown. Start checking around minute 35.
05 - Let them fully cool for 20-30 minutes until they’re completely crispy.

# Notes:

01 - Look for cottage cheese that provides at least 14g protein for every 1/2 cup.
02 - Make only what you’ll eat—leftovers tend to get soft in the fridge.
03 - You can pop them in the oven quickly to bring back their crispiness.
