Effortless Bang Bang Salmon Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb salmon from the center, cut into chunks about 1 inch each.
02 - 1/2 tsp salt with big crystals.
03 - 1/2 tsp powdered garlic.
04 - 1/4 tsp paprika, choose sweet or smoked.
05 - 1/8 tsp ground black pepper.
06 - 1-2 tsp honey, optional if you like sweetness.
07 - 1 tbsp olive oil.
08 - 1/2 cup mayo.
09 - 3 tbsp vinegar made from rice.
10 - 1/2 to 1 tsp of your favorite spicy sauce.
11 - 1 big clove of garlic, grated finely.
12 - 1 tbsp coconut aminos.
13 - 1.5 tbsp ketchup.
14 - Top with sesame seeds and scallions for some crunch and color.

# Instructions:

01 - Peel off skin and dice into cubes about 1 inch each. Drizzle with oil and season with salt, garlic powder, paprika, pepper, and honey.
02 - Coat the air fryer basket lightly with oil spray. Spread salmon pieces out in a single layer and air fry at 350°F for 8 minutes. Cook in batches if needed.
03 - Whisk mayo, vinegar, spicy sauce, grated garlic, coconut aminos, ketchup, and a pinch of salt in a bowl.
04 - Once done, let the salmon sit for about 10 seconds before pulling it out of the air fryer.
05 - Move to a dish, sprinkle with scallions and sesame seeds, and dip into the sauce to eat.

# Notes:

01 - You can bake it in the oven at 400°F for 10-12 minutes instead.
02 - Salmon from the center part gives the best outcome.
03 - Giving the salmon a quick break after cooking keeps it from sticking to the basket.
