Blue Curacao Truffles (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 oz cream cheese, softened to room temperature.
02 - 8 oz chopped white chocolate.
03 - 2 tablespoons of blue curacao liqueur.
04 - 1 cup of dry white cake mix.
05 - Optional: Edible glitter or blue sanding sugar.
06 - Optional: Blue gel food coloring for tinting.

# Instructions:

01 - Scoop some of the chilled mix and roll it into bite-size balls. Place them on baking paper-lined trays.
02 - Dip the balls one at a time into the melted white chocolate. Shake off the extra coating.
03 - Gently melt white chocolate using a microwave or a double boiler until smooth and then let it cool down for a bit.
04 - Blend cream cheese, dry cake mix, and liqueur all together till smooth. Add the food color if you're using it.
05 - Slowly mix the melted chocolate into the cream cheese mixture, stirring till it’s blended well.
06 - While the chocolate coating is still wet, sprinkle glitter or sugar on top.
07 - Pop the mixture into the fridge for a couple of hours, or till it’s firm to the touch.

# Notes:

01 - Skip the alcohol for a kid-friendly version.
02 - Refrigerating before shaping is required.
03 - Store undecorated ones in the freezer.
