Fresh Bruschetta Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 ounces cream cheese.
02 - 8 ounces crumbled feta cheese.
03 - 1/4 cup basil leaves, chopped up.
04 - 4 Roma tomatoes, diced.
05 - 2 minced garlic cloves, split.
06 - 2 tablespoons olive oil, split.
07 - 1 or 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar.
08 - 1/2 cup sour cream.
09 - 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice.
10 - A pinch of salt or more to your liking.
11 - Optional: red pepper flakes.
12 - Optional: grated Parmesan.
13 - Optional: extra basil for sprinkling.

# Instructions:

01 - Slice and core your tomatoes. Combine them with chopped basil, half the garlic, a bit of oil, some vinegar, and salt. Let them sit for 10 minutes.
02 - Blend cream cheese, feta, the leftover garlic, lemon juice, sour cream, olive oil, and a bit of salt until it’s smooth.
03 - Spread out the cheese blend in your dish, and add the marinated tomatoes on top.
04 - Top everything with Parmesan, basil, and a sprinkle of red pepper flakes.

01 - Tastes best if eaten right after it’s made.
02 - Perfect paired with pita chips or crackers.
03 - You can prep the cheese a day early.
