Juicy Herb Garlic Beef (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 1/4 pounds of steak, cubed and trimmed.
02 - 2 tablespoons of butter, unsalted.
03 - 1 teaspoon of coarse salt.
04 - A teaspoon of garlic powder.
05 - 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
06 - 1 teaspoon of ground black pepper.
07 - 2 tablespoons of finely chopped parsley.
08 - Optional for grilled cheese: Swiss cheese, bread, mustard.

# Instructions:

01 - Combine the cubed steak with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Let it sit for 15 minutes or leave it overnight.
02 - Heat up a cast iron pan and place steak pieces in. Don’t touch them for 3 minutes so they get a crispy edge.
03 - Flip and stir the steak pieces. Cook for another couple of minutes, depending on how you like it done.
04 - Remove the pan from the heat and melt butter over the steak. Toss to coat everything. Add a little parsley on top.

# Notes:

01 - You can marinate the meat a day in advance.
02 - Keep leftovers in the fridge for 4 to 5 days.
03 - Serve either as a main course or appetizer.
