Crispy Air Fryer Chickpeas (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/4 teaspoon crushed black pepper.
02 - 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper for a kick.
03 - 1 (15-ounce) can of chickpeas, washed and drained.
04 - 1 teaspoon freshly grated lemon peel.
05 - 1 tablespoon vegetable or canola oil.
06 - 1 teaspoon of herbes de Provence blend.
07 - 2 teaspoons of finely chopped fresh thyme.
08 - 1 teaspoon za'atar seasoning mix.
09 - 1 teaspoon Italian herb mix.
10 - 1 teaspoon shredded Parmesan cheese.
11 - 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika.
12 - 1/2 teaspoon sea salt, or to taste.
13 - 1/2 teaspoon of chili seasoning.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your air fryer to heat up to 390°F, letting it run for 10 minutes.
02 - Wash and drain chickpeas, patting them dry and peeling loose skins if needed.
03 - Combine the oil with your chosen seasonings. Mix well to coat chickpeas evenly.
04 - Air fry chickpeas for 8 to 10 minutes, checking for crispness. Add 1-3 minutes for extra crunch if needed.
05 - Taste-test for flavor and adjust seasoning if you'd like. Serve while still warm and crispy.
