Air Fryer Salmon Garlic Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Salmon

01 - 2 salmon fillets (170 grams each), skin removed
02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
03 - 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
04 - 0.5 teaspoon garlic, minced
05 - 0.5 teaspoon paprika
06 - 0.25 teaspoon kosher salt
07 - 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

→ Garlic Cream Sauce

08 - 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
09 - 60 millilitres heavy cream
10 - 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
11 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, minced
12 - 0.25 teaspoon kosher salt
13 - 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

# Instructions:

01 - Set air fryer to 200°C and spray the basket with nonstick cooking spray.
02 - Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towel and cut into 2.5-cm squares using a sharp knife.
03 - In a medium bowl, combine olive oil, lime juice, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss salmon pieces gently in marinade until evenly coated.
04 - Arrange salmon bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket, working in batches to avoid overcrowding. Air fry for 4 to 5 minutes, flip pieces, then continue cooking an additional 4 to 5 minutes, or until salmon reaches an internal temperature of 60-63°C.
05 - While salmon cooks, melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add heavy cream, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper. Stir continuously until butter melts and sauce is combined and heated through, about 4 to 5 minutes.
06 - Transfer cooked salmon to a bowl. Pour garlic cream sauce over salmon bites and serve immediately, optionally over mashed potatoes or rice.

# Notes:

01 - For optimal flavour, allow salmon bites to marinate for a few minutes while preheating the air fryer.
