Banana Protein Treat (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Pudding Base

01 - 1 cup low fat cottage cheese
02 - ½ cup Greek yogurt (plain)
03 - 2 tablespoons honey
04 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
05 - 3 bananas (ripe and sliced)
06 - ½ cup unflavored protein powder (about 2 scoops)

→ Optional Toppings

07 - Wafers with vanilla flavor
08 - Fresh banana chunks
09 - Cream whipped up
10 - Fresh mint for decoration

# Instructions:

01 - Throw the cottage cheese, yogurt, bananas, honey, protein powder and vanilla into your blender. Mix till it's smooth but don't go overboard with blending.
02 - Stack your jars with vanilla wafers, the banana mixture, some banana pieces and top with whipped cream if you want.
03 - Eat right away or pop in the fridge for a couple hours.

# Notes:

01 - Cut bananas into tiny chunks for smoother blending
02 - Keep blending time short so texture stays thick
03 - Feel free to use more or less protein powder
