Sticky Banana Pull-Apart Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the Bread

01 - 3 soft bananas
02 - ½ tablespoon quick yeast
03 - ⅓ cup (82g) whole milk, heated to 110°F
04 - 2 tablespoons melted unsalted butter
05 - 2¼ cups (286g) bread flour
06 - 1 teaspoon regular salt

→ For the Banana Mixture

07 - 2 cups (400g) packed light brown sugar
08 - 1 cup (227g) melted unsalted butter
09 - 4 teaspoons ground cinnamon
10 - 3 soft bananas, chopped into tiny chunks

# Instructions:

01 - Squash bananas in a bowl. Mix in yeast, warm milk, and melted butter. Add flour and salt and stir until you get a sticky mix.
02 - Put your dough in an oiled bowl. Wait about an hour until it's twice as big.
03 - Cut dough into 20 same-sized chunks (around 40g each) on a floured area. Shape them into small balls like golf balls.
04 - Combine brown sugar, melted butter, and cinnamon in a bowl. Drizzle over the bread balls and turn them to cover completely.
05 - Oil a 10-inch bundt pan. Add layers of chopped bananas and coated bread balls in three sections. Pour leftover butter mix on the top.
06 - Put greased plastic wrap on top. Let sit for 45-60 minutes until the dough doubles again.
07 - Heat oven to 350°F and bake for 35-40 minutes until inside reaches 190°F. Let cool 10 minutes before flipping onto a plate.
