Banana Zucchini Oat Loaf (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dry Ingredients

01 - 1½ cups regular flour
02 - 1 teaspoon baking soda
03 - 1 teaspoon baking powder
04 - ½ teaspoon salt
05 - 2 teaspoons cinnamon powder
06 - 1 cup oats
07 - 1 cup white sugar

→ Wet Ingredients

08 - 2 eggs, large
09 - 1 cup canola oil
10 - 2 teaspoons vanilla
11 - 2 bananas, ripe and mashed
12 - 3 cups grated zucchini

# Instructions:

01 - Warm up the oven to 350°F. Get your loaf pans ready for use with three small ones.
02 - Mix together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and oats in a big bowl.
03 - In another bowl, stir sugar, eggs, oil, vanilla, and banana mash until smooth.
04 - Add wet mix to the dry bowl and stir by hand. Fold in the grated zucchini thoroughly.
05 - Pop in oven for 35-45 minutes until the edges pull back and a toothpick stuck in comes out without batter.
