Cook the bowtie pasta following the box directions. Drain water and put aside.

Warm olive oil in a big skillet on medium heat. Cook the chopped onion until soft, around 3-4 minutes. Toss in garlic and cook another minute. Add the beef and cook till no pink remains. Pour off extra fat.

Add beef broth and let it bubble. Mix in the heavy cream, both cheeses, and paprika. Keep stirring until cheese melts and everything gets thick.

Toss in the cooked pasta with the meat and sauce. Stir so all pasta gets covered in the creamy mix. Add salt and pepper how you like it.

Sprinkle with fresh parsley if you want, and dig in!
