Beef Cheddar Cobbler (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1.5 pounds ground chuck
02 - 1 yellow onion, chopped small
03 - 1 tablespoon minced garlic

→ Sauce

04 - 10.5 ounces cheddar soup concentrate
05 - 10.5 ounces cream of mushroom soup concentrate
06 - 1/2 cup milk
07 - 2 cups grated cheddar cheese, split

→ Biscuit Topping

08 - 1 box Cheddar Bay Biscuit powder
09 - 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
10 - 2 cups milk
11 - 1/4 cup butter, melted
12 - Fresh parsley, chopped

# Instructions:

01 - Brown the ground chuck with chopped onion and garlic until fully cooked.
02 - Mix in both soups, milk, and half the cheese until everything's well blended.
03 - Spread into 9x13 pan and sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
04 - Combine biscuit powder with cheese and milk until it forms a runny batter. Pour it over meat.
05 - Pop in a 350°F oven for 50-55 minutes till the top turns golden brown.
06 - Brush with the butter mixture, let sit 5 minutes, then add fresh parsley.

01 - Give it time to cool so the inside gets thicker
02 - Keep the flavor packet from your biscuit mix for the butter
03 - You can make this earlier and warm it up later
