Beef Cheese Rice Bowl (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Essential Components

01 - 2 cups ready rice (white)
02 - 1 lb beef strips, cut thin
03 - 1 tablespoon cooking oil
04 - 1 teaspoon powdered garlic
05 - 1 teaspoon spicy chili mix
06 - Salt and pepper as needed
07 - 1 cup melty cheese dip

→ Extra Garnishes

08 - 1/2 cup tomatoes, chopped small
09 - 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, snipped

# Instructions:

01 - Warm up the oil in a big pan on medium fire. Toss in beef strips with powdered garlic, spicy chili mix, salt and pepper. Let them cook until they're brown and soft, usually taking 5-7 minutes.
02 - Turn down the heat and pour your melty cheese dip over the beef. Mix everything until the meat gets covered and the sauce warms up nicely.
03 - Dump your ready rice into the pan and mix it all together with the beef and cheesy sauce.
04 - If you want, throw in those chopped tomatoes for a bit of freshness.
05 - Scoop it out while hot, and sprinkle with snipped cilantro if that's your thing.

# Notes:

01 - Feel free to jazz it up with sliced jalapeños or chunky avocado bits
02 - This quick single-pan meal works great when you're short on time
