Beef Cheese One Pot (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb ground beef
02 - 1 small onion, chopped
03 - 2 cups beef broth
04 - 1 cup milk
05 - 8 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
06 - 1 packet (1 oz) ranch flavor mix
07 - 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
08 - 1 tbsp olive oil
09 - Salt and pepper, as needed

# Instructions:

01 - Warm olive oil in a big pot on medium heat. Toss in ground beef and onion, stir until beef turns brown and onions get soft. Pour off any extra grease.
02 - Add beef broth, milk, ranch mix, and pasta to the pot. Let it come to a boil, then lower the heat. Cover and let it simmer for 10-12 minutes. Stir now and then until pasta softens.
03 - Take pot off the heat and throw in the grated cheddar. Stir until it's all melty and smooth.
04 - Sprinkle with salt and pepper to your liking. Enjoy while it's hot.

# Notes:

01 - Try topping with fresh chopped herbs or scallions
02 - Swap beef for ground turkey or chicken if you want
03 - Put in more or less cheese based on what you like
