Beef Cheese Stuffed Roll (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1 pound ground beef
02 - 1/2 cup chopped onion
03 - 11 ounces chilled French bread dough

→ Condiments

04 - 1/3 cup tomato ketchup
05 - 3 tablespoons yellow mustard
06 - 6 slices cooked crumbled bacon
07 - 2 chopped dill pickle spears
08 - 8 slices American cheese

→ Topping

09 - 1 large beaten egg
10 - 1 tablespoon seeds from sesame

→ For Serving

11 - Creamy Island dressing

# Instructions:

01 - Get your oven hot at 350°F. Put some parchment on your baking tray.
02 - Brown the beef with onions and add a pinch of salt and pepper. Make sure to drain the fat.
03 - Stretch the dough into a flat rectangle. Spread ketchup and mustard first, then add your beef, bacon bits, chopped pickles and cheese slices.
04 - Carefully roll the whole thing up lengthwise and press the edges to seal everything in. Put it on your tray with the sealed part facing down.
05 - Brush some egg on top and sprinkle those sesame seeds all over. Stick it in the oven for 20-25 minutes till it's nice and golden. Let it cool for 5 minutes before you cut it.
