Warm your milk in a pot over medium heat until you see steam rising.

Take the pot off the burner, stir in cocoa powder and Biscoff spread, and whisk everything to smoothness.

Pop the pot back on the stove and heat until steam and some bubbles appear.

Pour into a cup, add whipped cream, sprinkle crushed cookies, and finish with a drizzle of Biscoff.
