Butterfly Pea Latte (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Tea Mix

01 - 1 cup of warm water
02 - 1 tablespoon of dried butterfly pea flowers (or 1 tea bag, or a handful of fresh ones)

→ Latte Add-Ins

03 - A few ice cubes
04 - 1-2 teaspoons of sweetener or honey (totally optional)
05 - Half a cup of milk (dairy or any plant-based one)
06 - Some extra butterfly pea flowers to decorate (optional)
07 - 1 teaspoon of lemon juice (for a color shift, if you'd like)

# Instructions:

01 - Let the pea flowers or tea bag soak in hot water for about 5 to 7 minutes. Drain out the bits and leave the tea to cool naturally.
02 - Mix in sweetener or honey while the tea is still warm, so it dissolves easily, if that's your thing.
03 - Make the milk foamy by blending, using a frother, or just shaking it up in a sealed jar till fluffy.
04 - Grab a tall glass, toss in some ice, pour in the cooled tea, and then gently add the foamy milk right on top for layers.
05 - Want to wow someone? Drop in lemon juice for a magical purple shade and maybe pop in a few flowers on top.

# Notes:

01 - Go dairy or dairy-free—any milk works!
02 - Add lemon juice to see the beautiful blue tea go purple.
03 - Perfect for people avoiding caffeine.
