Blueberry Peach Feta Salad (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Salad

01 - 2 cups (300 g) fresh blueberries
02 - 2 ripe peaches, sliced
03 - 1 cup (150 g) crumbled feta cheese
04 - 4 cups (120 g) mixed greens
05 - 1⁄4 cup (40 g) chopped red onion
06 - 1⁄4 cup (30 g) chopped walnuts

→ Dressing

07 - 2 tablespoons (30 ml) honey
08 - 2 tablespoons (30 ml) balsamic vinegar
09 - 1 tablespoon (15 ml) olive oil
10 - 1⁄4 teaspoon black pepper
11 - 1⁄4 teaspoon salt

# Instructions:

01 - Rinse fresh blueberries thoroughly under cold water and pat dry with a clean kitchen towel.
02 - Wash peaches thoroughly and slice into wedges or thin slices according to preference.
03 - In a large mixing bowl, add blueberries and sliced peaches. Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese over the fruit.
04 - Wash and dry mixed greens thoroughly, then add to the bowl with the fruit and cheese.
05 - Chop red onion into small thin pieces and sprinkle over the salad. Roughly chop walnuts and scatter on top.
06 - In a small bowl, whisk together honey, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, black pepper, and salt until fully combined.
07 - Drizzle the dressing evenly over the salad. Gently toss with salad tongs or two large spoons to coat all ingredients evenly.
08 - Taste and adjust seasoning with additional salt or pepper as desired. Serve immediately or refrigerate up to one hour for a chilled salad.
