Buttery Garlic Chicken Dish (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 pounds chicken thighs, boneless and without skin
02 - 40 whole garlic cloves, peeled but left intact
03 - 2 tablespoons olive oil

→ Seasonings

04 - ½ teaspoon thyme, dried
05 - 1 teaspoon dill, fresh
06 - ½ teaspoon cumin
07 - ¼ teaspoon pepper
08 - ½ teaspoon salt

→ Liquids and Garnish

09 - ½ cup chicken broth, low sodium
10 - ½ cup white wine
11 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

# Instructions:

01 - Warm your oven to 375℉. Cut the chicken thighs in half after patting them dry.
02 - Pour oil in Dutch oven and set to medium-high heat. Cook chicken pieces until they're browned on each side with no pink showing. Set aside on a plate.
03 - Toss garlic and all seasonings into the pan. Pour in wine and let it bubble away for 2 minutes. Add the broth and mix well.
04 - Put chicken back in the pan. Cover it up and bake for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley before serving with rice or noodles.
