Campfire Cookie Dough Treat (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Cookie Dough

01 - 1 cup plain flour
02 - ½ cup soft butter, unsalted
03 - ½ cup dark sugar
04 - ¼ cup white sugar
05 - 1 teaspoon pure vanilla
06 - 1 egg
07 - ½ teaspoon baking soda
08 - ½ teaspoon salt
09 - 1 cup tiny chocolate bits

→ Ice Cream Base

10 - 2 cups whipping cream
11 - 1 cup full-fat milk
12 - ¾ cup white sugar
13 - 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring

→ S'mores Elements

14 - 1 cup smashed graham crackers
15 - 1 cup small marshmallows
16 - ½ cup chopped chocolate or bars

# Instructions:

01 - Beat the butter with both sugars till they're fluffy and pale, about 2-3 minutes. Stir in the vanilla. Slowly add the flour and then mix in the chocolate bits.
02 - Cover your dough with plastic and pop it in the fridge for 30 minutes at least.
03 - Combine cream, milk, sugar and vanilla in a bowl. Put it in your ice cream maker and follow what your machine's guide says.
04 - When your ice cream's done, stir in the cold cookie dough pieces and the broken graham crackers.
05 - Lay out the ice cream on parchment in a flat rectangle, roughly ½ inch tall. Put chocolate bits and marshmallows all over it.
06 - With the help of parchment, roll everything up into a log shape. Wrap it tight and stick it in the freezer for 4 hours minimum or leave it overnight.
