Caprese Naan Flatbread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 4 flatbread naans

→ Cheese & Seasonings

02 - 1 (8 oz) chunk mozzarella cheese, shredded
03 - 1 (8 oz) container fresh mozzarella pearls, split or broken in half
04 - 4 garlic cloves, finely grated
05 - 2 tablespoons good olive oil

→ Toppings

06 - ¼ cup paper-thin red onion slices
07 - 4 small to medium vine tomatoes, cut into thin rounds
08 - Rock salt

→ Garnish

09 - Grated Parmesan
10 - Torn basil leaves

# Instructions:

01 - Warm your oven to 400°F.
02 - Toss the shredded mozzarella with the olive oil, grated garlic and a tiny bit of salt in a small bowl. Mix until everything looks shiny and well combined.
03 - Scatter the cheese mixture all over each naan bread. Top with tomato slices, then add the red onion slivers and a handful of mozzarella pearls.
04 - Pop in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until you see the cheese turning golden and bubbling.
05 - Sprinkle with parmesan and drop some fresh basil on top. Cut into pieces and enjoy right away!

# Notes:

01 - Keep leftover mozzarella pearls for munching later
02 - Eat straight from the oven while the cheese is still gooey
