Cheesy Bean Wraps (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Filling Base

01 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
02 - 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
03 - 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
04 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1/4 medium onion, chopped small
06 - 1/2 cup thick salsa
07 - 1 can (16 oz) refried beans

→ Tortilla Setup

08 - 4 large (10-inch) flour tortillas
09 - 1/2 cup monterey jack, shredded
10 - 1/2 cup cheddar, shredded

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F. Cover a baking tray with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
02 - Stir together beans, salsa, onion, and all the seasonings in a bowl. Taste and tweak the salt if needed.
03 - Mix the shredded cheddar and monterey jack cheeses in a bowl.
04 - Spoon 1/2 cup bean filling and 1/4 cup cheese mix onto each tortilla. Fold the bottom edge up, tuck the sides in, then roll it closed.
05 - Put the rolled burritos on the tray and bake them for 12 minutes.

# Notes:

01 - You can toast them in a skillet instead of baking if you like.
02 - They go great with guacamole, sour cream, or spicy hot sauce.
03 - Feel free to swap cheeses or stick to just one kind.
