03 - 2 cloves garlic, crushed
04 - 1 teaspoon salt
05 - ½ teaspoon black pepper
06 - 1 teaspoon paprika
07 - 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
08 - 1 cup sour cream
09 - ½ cup milk
10 - 1½ cups cooked white rice
11 - 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, split
12 - ½ cup frozen peas (if you want)
13 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for topping if desired)

# Instructions:

01 - Heat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Coat a 9x13-inch baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
02 - Cook the ground beef with onion and garlic in a pan until meat browns. Add salt, pepper, and paprika for flavor. Pour off any extra fat.
03 - Stir together soup, sour cream, and milk in a big bowl. Add the cooked beef mix, rice, half the cheese (1 cup), and peas if you're using them.
04 - Dump the mixture into your greased dish and sprinkle the other cup of cheese on top.
05 - Pop it in the oven for 25-30 minutes until it's bubbling hot with melted golden cheese.
06 - Wait a few minutes before digging in. Toss some parsley on top if you want, and enjoy while warm.

# Notes:

01 - Make sure you cook the rice beforehand
02 - You can make this earlier and stick it in the fridge until baking time
