Cheesy Beef Noodle Bake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Meat and Pasta

01 - 1 pound ground beef (swap with ground turkey or chicken if desired)
02 - 12 ounces egg noodles

→ Sauce Base

03 - 1 (14.5 oz) can chopped tomatoes
04 - 1 (10 oz) can spicy tomatoes with chilies (Rotel)
05 - 1 (6 oz) can thick tomato paste
06 - 1 teaspoon powdered garlic
07 - 1 teaspoon dried onion powder
08 - 1 teaspoon table salt
09 - 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

→ Dairy

10 - 1 cup tangy sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
11 - 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
12 - 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
13 - 1 cup pulled mozzarella cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Heat your oven to 350°F. Coat a 9x13 dish with butter or cooking spray.
02 - Cook beef in a pan until brown, pour off extra fat. Mix in all tomato products and spices. Let bubble for 15-20 minutes.
03 - Boil noodles until just firm. Drain water and mix with sour cream.
04 - Put noodle mixture in the dish, add meat mix on top and cover with all your cheeses.
05 - Pop in the oven for 20-25 minutes until it bubbles and cheese turns golden. Let sit 5 minutes before you dig in.

# Notes:

01 - Save some pasta cooking water to make noodles extra smooth
02 - Beef gets tastier if you cook it longer on low heat
03 - Use foil to stop cheese from getting too dark
