Beef Pasta Bake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 pound ground beef
02 - 16 ounces rotini, cooked
03 - 30 ounces (2 15 oz cans) sloppy joe sauce

→ Vegetables

04 - 1 small onion, chopped
05 - 1 green pepper, chopped

→ Cheese

06 - 2 cups grated cheddar cheese, split

# Instructions:

01 - Toss the ground beef, onion and green pepper into a big pan and cook until beef turns brown and veggies get soft, then drain the extra fat.
02 - Pour in the sloppy joe sauce, mix everything together and let it bubble for a couple minutes.
03 - Dump in your cooked pasta and stir everything so the pasta gets covered.
04 - Now add about 1-1½ cups of the cheddar and keep stirring until it's all melty.
05 - Sprinkle the leftover cheese on top and warm on low heat until it melts (putting a lid on can speed this up). Add some parsley on top if you want.

# Notes:

01 - Any pasta shape works fine
02 - You can skip the veggies but they make it tastier
03 - Great for freezing and eating later
