Cheesy Beef Pocket Tacos (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1 pound ground beef
02 - 1 packet taco mix

→ Filling

03 - 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
04 - 1/2 cup salsa
05 - 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese

→ Assembly

06 - 12 (6-inch) soft tortillas
07 - 2 tablespoons butter, melted

# Instructions:

01 - Cook ground beef until no pink remains and drain fat. Mix in taco seasoning following packet instructions.
02 - Whip cream cheese till fluffy, then stir in salsa completely.
03 - Layer tortillas with the cream cheese mix, add beef and sprinkle cheese. Fold them into pocket shapes.
04 - Arrange on a greased baking sheet, then coat tops with melted butter.
05 - Pop in oven at 350°F for 15 minutes till they're crispy and golden.
