Effortless Beef Potato Roll (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - ½ pound of ground beef.
02 - 1 large onion, chopped finely.
03 - 1 large garlic clove, minced.
04 - 1 tablespoon tomato puree.
05 - 2 ripe tomatoes, diced.
06 - ¼ teaspoon chili flakes.
07 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika.
08 - ¼ cup of tomato sauce.
09 - ½ cup of water.
10 - Plain yogurt to serve.
11 - 4 medium-sized grated potatoes.
12 - 2 big eggs.
13 - 2½ cups shredded mozzarella.
14 - A pinch of salt and pepper.
15 - 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped.

# Instructions:

01 - Mix together grated potatoes, eggs, 1 cup mozzarella, seasonings, and parsley. Lay it flat on parchment, with 1 cup mozzarella beneath.
02 - Bake at 350°F for about 25-30 minutes. It should turn golden and firm up.
03 - Sauté onion and garlic till soft, toss in beef and cook until browned. Stir in tomatoes, seasoning, sauce, and water. Let it simmer 15 minutes.
04 - Spoon the meat mixture over the potato layer, sprinkle leftover cheese on top, and carefully roll into a log.
05 - Bake again for another 15 minutes until fully heated. Rest 5-10 minutes before slicing.

01 - Push the potatoes down firmly to make a sturdy base.
02 - Let the log cool slightly for easier rolling.
03 - Give it time to rest before slicing for cleaner cuts.
