Cheesy Pepperoni Croissant Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 packs Pillsbury roll-up dough
02 - 8 string cheese sticks, sliced in half (making 16 pieces)
03 - 1 pack sliced pepperoni
04 - 1 teaspoon powdered garlic
05 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano
06 - 1 teaspoon dried basil
07 - 1 egg
08 - Pasta sauce (optional, for dipping)

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 375 degrees before starting.
02 - Put the powdered garlic, dried oregano and basil together in a small bowl.
03 - Break the egg into a small bowl and whisk it well.
04 - Open the roll-up dough packs. Take each triangle and put a cheese piece on the wider end, then lay pepperoni slices across the dough. Start rolling from the wide part toward the pointed end. Place them on a cookie sheet without greasing it. Sprinkle your spice mix over them and brush with the whisked egg.
05 - Pop in the oven for 15 minutes until they turn golden. Serve with pasta sauce if you want.
