Cheesy Pepperoni Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Two 8-ounce tubes of ready-to-use crescent roll dough
02 - One 6-ounce package of pre-sliced pepperoni
03 - 8 mozzarella cheese sticks, cut into halves
04 - 1 large egg
05 - 3 tablespoons of parmesan cheese, finely grated
06 - 2 teaspoons of Italian seasoning blend

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F and prepare two baking trays by lining them with parchment paper or a silicone sheet.
02 - Open the crescent roll dough tubes and break apart the triangles by following the perforation marks.
03 - Take one crescent triangle at a time, place 6 pepperoni slices on it, and top with half a cheese stick along the pepperoni.
04 - Starting from the widest edge of the triangle, roll your dough tightly towards the tip and form that classic crescent shape.
05 - Move the filled crescents onto your prepared baking trays, whisk up the egg, and brush it over each roll. Sprinkle with parmesan and Italian seasoning for extra flavor.
06 - Let them bake for 15 minutes until the dough is golden and the cheese turns gooey.
07 - Serve immediately with warm pizza or marinara sauce as a dip!
