Cheesy Potato Patties (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Half a cup of cooked, crumbled bacon.
02 - Two tablespoons chopped parsley.
03 - Two eggs, whisked.
04 - One garlic clove, finely chopped.
05 - Two pounds of potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks.
06 - Two tablespoons fresh chives, diced.
07 - One cup grated cheddar cheese.
08 - A quarter-cup of milk.
09 - Two tablespoons of butter.
10 - A cup of flour.
11 - Two cups of breadcrumbs.
12 - Salt and pepper as needed.
13 - Vegetable oil for cooking.

# Instructions:

01 - Simmer the potato pieces in boiling water for 15 to 20 minutes until soft. Drain the water, mash them with butter and milk, then season. Leave to cool down.
02 - Combine the cheese, bacon, chopped herbs, and garlic in a bowl.
03 - Shape some mashed potato flat, spoon the filling into the center, then fold the edges over and shape it into a patty.
04 - Dip the cakes into the flour, coat with eggs, then cover them in breadcrumbs.
05 - In a skillet with hot oil, fry each patty for about 3 to 4 minutes per side until crispy and golden.
