Cheesy Queso Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Meat Base

01 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
02 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
03 - 1 pound ground sausage
04 - 1 teaspoon pepper
05 - 1 teaspoon salt
06 - 1 pound ground beef
07 - 1 teaspoon seasoned salt

→ Cheese & Soups

08 - 8 ounces cream cheese
09 - 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
10 - 1 can (10.5 oz) tomato soup
11 - 32 ounces Velveeta cheese
12 - 1 can (10.5 oz) cheddar cheese soup

→ Add-ins & Garnish

13 - Tomatoes for garnish
14 - Jalapeño peppers for garnish
15 - Tortilla chips for serving
16 - Fresh parsley for garnish
17 - 1 can (16 oz) chili beans, drained
18 - 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, drained

# Instructions:

01 - Cook sausage and ground beef on medium heat until it's fully browned. Drain once cooked.
02 - Mix garlic powder, seasoned salt, onion powder, pepper, and salt into the meat.
03 - Lower the stove to medium-low. Stir in Velveeta, cream cheese, and the soups.
04 - Toss the cooked beans and diced tomatoes into the mix.
05 - Let it simmer for 15-20 minutes on low heat, stirring now and then. Top with garnish and enjoy with chips.

# Notes:

01 - Keep it warm to keep the texture just right.
02 - Make sure to drain the grease from the meat to avoid it being too oily.
03 - Stir regularly or it might stick to the pan.
