01 - 780 g pizza dough (2 tubes, 390 g each)
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
04 - 1 teaspoon minced garlic

→ Filling and Sauce

05 - 240 g mozzarella cheese, shredded (divided use)
06 - 200 g parmesan cheese, grated (divided use)
07 - 280 g rotisserie chicken, shredded (divided use)
08 - 240 ml alfredo sauce (divided use)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 190°C. Coat a large bundt pan with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.
02 - Slice pizza dough into 1.25 cm pieces and roll each into a ball. Place all dough balls into a large mixing bowl.
03 - Add olive oil, Italian seasoning, minced garlic, 60 g mozzarella, and 50 g parmesan to the dough balls. Mix thoroughly by hand to evenly coat.
04 - Layer 60 g mozzarella and 50 g parmesan in the bottom of the prepared pan. Add half the dough balls, 140 g chicken, and 120 ml alfredo sauce. Repeat with remaining mozzarella (60 g), parmesan (50 g), dough balls, chicken, and alfredo sauce. Finish with the final 60 g mozzarella and 50 g parmesan on top.
05 - Bake for 45–50 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese is fully melted.
06 - Invert the pan onto a large serving plate. Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing to serve.

# Notes:

01 - Ensure the bread is allowed to rest before unmolding to prevent cheese from sticking.
