Preheat oven to 190°C. Coat a large bundt pan with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.

Slice pizza dough into 1.25 cm pieces and roll each into a ball. Place all dough balls into a large mixing bowl.

Add olive oil, Italian seasoning, minced garlic, 60 g mozzarella, and 50 g parmesan to the dough balls. Mix thoroughly by hand to evenly coat.

Layer 60 g mozzarella and 50 g parmesan in the bottom of the prepared pan. Add half the dough balls, 140 g chicken, and 120 ml alfredo sauce. Repeat with remaining mozzarella (60 g), parmesan (50 g), dough balls, chicken, and alfredo sauce. Finish with the final 60 g mozzarella and 50 g parmesan on top.

Bake for 45–50 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese is fully melted.

Invert the pan onto a large serving plate. Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing to serve.
