Chicken Avocado Crispy Wraps (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Chicken

01 - 2 tbsp canola or coconut oil
02 - 1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breasts
03 - ½ tsp garlic seasoning
04 - ½ tsp table salt
05 - ½ tsp ground black pepper
06 - ¼ tsp chili seasoning

→ Wrap Assembly

07 - 6 eight-inch flour tortillas
08 - ½ cup chunky salsa
09 - ½ cup grated mozzarella cheese
10 - 2 ripe avocados

# Instructions:

01 - Put oil in the pan and warm it up. Mix all spices with chicken. Fry each side for 3-5 minutes until fully cooked.
02 - Wait for chicken to cool down, then cut it into thin strips.
03 - Spread tortillas with cheese, avocado chunks, chicken strips and salsa. Roll by tucking bottom then wrapping sides.
04 - Fry the wraps with seam facing down until they turn golden and the cheese gets gooey, roughly 3-4 minutes on each side.

# Notes:

01 - Try adding a dollop of sour cream or extra salsa when serving
02 - The leftover oil in your skillet works great for toasting the wraps
