Chicken BBQ Pan Dinner (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 2 diced chicken breasts
02 - 5 small to medium potatoes, diced

→ Seasonings

03 - Olive oil to coat potatoes
04 - 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper each
05 - 1 teaspoon paprika, 1 teaspoon ranch mix, 1 teaspoon onion powder
06 - Sprinkle of garlic powder for potatoes
07 - 2 tablespoons butter
08 - 1 tablespoon crushed garlic

→ Toppings

09 - 1/2 cup BBQ sauce, extra for drizzling
10 - 1 cup grated mozzarella

# Instructions:

01 - Cut and peel potatoes into cubes. Mix with olive oil and your spices.
02 - Put potatoes in air fryer at 400°F for 20-25 mins, giving them a shake now and then.
03 - Brown the chicken cubes in melted butter with your spices. Toss in garlic and coat with BBQ sauce.
04 - Stir the crispy potatoes into your chicken mix. Sprinkle cheese on top and broil until bubbly.
05 - Pour some extra BBQ sauce on top before you dig in.

# Notes:

01 - You can just cover the pan to melt cheese if you prefer
02 - Add more spices to potatoes if you want
03 - Everything comes together in one pan
