Effortless Almond Joy Smoothie (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 tsp coconut extract (optional).
02 - 1 frozen banana, cut into two pieces.
03 - 1½ cups almond or coconut milk, unsweetened.
04 - 2 tbsp shredded coconut, no sugar added.
05 - 1 cup fresh spinach.
06 - ¼ cup plain almonds, raw.
07 - ¼ cup cocoa powder, unsweetened.
08 - 2 cups of ice.
09 - 2 tbsp honey or your favorite sweetener (optional).

# Instructions:

01 - Pile up everything in the blender, starting however you like.
02 - Set the speed to medium, blending until it's silky, for about 50 seconds.
03 - Sample the mix, then throw in sweetener if you'd like and blend for a few more seconds.

# Notes:

01 - For a bold coconut punch, go with coconut milk.
02 - Sweetener works best in small amounts, so add a bit at a time.
03 - Keep that spinach in! You won't even notice it.
