# Instructions:

01 - Put your finely chopped chocolate chunks in a bowl that can handle heat.
02 - Get your heavy cream hot and bubbly using your stove or microwave.
03 - Drop butter onto chocolate, then pour the hot cream over everything. Wait 5 minutes before adding vanilla and mixing until smooth.
04 - Put plastic wrap right on the surface and stick it in the fridge for 1-2 hours. Try a flat dish to cool it faster.
05 - Grab 2-teaspoon amounts and roll them into small balls. Cover with your favorite toppings if you want.
