Chocolate Marshmallow Bars (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Cake Layer

01 - 1 package (15.25 ounces) chocolate cake mix
02 - Eggs, water, and oil as mentioned on the cake mix package

→ Filling

03 - 2 sticks (8 ounces) softened unsalted butter
04 - 2 cups confectioners' sugar
05 - ¼ teaspoon sea salt
06 - 16 ounces marshmallow fluff
07 - 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

→ Ganache

08 - 1⅓ cups (8 ounces) semisweet chocolate morsels
09 - 1 cup whipping cream

# Instructions:

01 - Warm up your oven to 350°F. Put parchment paper in a 9x13-inch pan forming a sling, then grease it well.
02 - Mix up the cake batter following the box directions. Pour it into your ready pan and bake for about 25 minutes until fully done. Let it cool all the way.
03 - Put chocolate morsels and cream in a bowl. Heat in microwave with 15-second bursts, stirring each time until silky smooth. Cool in fridge until it thickens, around 45 minutes.
04 - Whip the butter until it's fluffy. Mix in the sugar and salt until they're combined. Fold in the marshmallow fluff and vanilla until everything's blended smoothly.
05 - Layer the whipped filling on top of the cooled cake. Chill for 30 minutes in the fridge. Then add the ganache layer and chill again for an hour until firm. Slice into 18 pieces.

# Notes:

01 - You can melt the ganache on the stove if you prefer
02 - Don't rush the cooling times between layers
