Chocolate Raspberry Cake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Crust

01 - 2 cups smashed chocolate cookies
02 - ¼ cup butter, melted

→ Filling

03 - 24 ounces softened cream cheese
04 - ½ cup sugar
05 - ¼ cup dark chocolate, melted
06 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
07 - 3 eggs
08 - ½ cup raspberries, fresh

# Instructions:

01 - Heat your oven to 325°F (160°C). Combine the smashed cookies with melted butter and push firmly into your springform pan.
02 - Whip cream cheese with sugar, melted chocolate and vanilla until it's creamy. Mix in eggs one by one, making sure each is fully blended.
03 - Drop in fresh raspberries and stir gently, then pour everything on top of your cookie base.
04 - Let it cook for 60 minutes until the middle feels firm. Let it cool all the way before you serve it.
