Chocolate Raspberry Cake

# Ingredients:
→ Crust

2 cups smashed chocolate cookies

¼ cup butter, melted

24 ounces softened cream cheese

½ cup sugar

¼ cup dark chocolate, melted

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

3 eggs

½ cup raspberries, fresh
# Instructions:

Heat your oven to 325°F (160°C). Combine the smashed cookies with melted butter and push firmly into your springform pan.

Whip cream cheese with sugar, melted chocolate and vanilla until it's creamy. Mix in eggs one by one, making sure each is fully blended.

Drop in fresh raspberries and stir gently, then pour everything on top of your cookie base.

Let it cook for 60 minutes until the middle feels firm. Let it cool all the way before you serve it.
