Chopped Winter Bowl (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dressing

01 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
02 - 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
03 - 1 1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
04 - 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
05 - 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - 1/2 teaspoon honey
07 - 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

→ Salad

08 - 1 medium Honeycrisp apple, diced
09 - 2 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded
10 - 1/2 cup dried cranberries
11 - 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
12 - 6 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
13 - 1/2 cup red onion, diced
14 - 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
15 - 1/2 cup candied pecans, roughly chopped

# Instructions:

01 - In a small bowl, stir together honey, garlic powder, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper. Put it to the side until needed.
02 - In a big bowl, mix together the lettuce, chicken, apple, cranberries, onion, pomegranate seeds, pecans, and feta.
03 - Right before you're ready to serve, pour the dressing on top and gently mix it all up.

# Notes:

01 - Wait to add the dressing until you're ready to eat to keep everything nice and crisp.
02 - Feel free to use either homemade or store-bought candied pecans.
