Coffee Shop Banana Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Bread

01 - 2 cups regular flour
02 - 1 teaspoon baking soda
03 - ¼ teaspoon salt
04 - ½ teaspoon cinnamon
05 - 1 egg
06 - 1⅛ cup sugar
07 - ½ cup cooking oil
08 - 2 tablespoons buttermilk
09 - 1 teaspoon vanilla
10 - 3 overripe bananas
11 - ½ cup broken walnuts

# Instructions:

01 - Warm up your oven to 325°F. Coat an 8x5 loaf pan with cooking spray and put parchment paper inside.
02 - Stir flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon together in a bowl.
03 - Beat the egg, sugar, and oil in another bowl until they're well blended.
04 - Add the dry mix to your wet ingredients. Stir in buttermilk, vanilla, and smooshed bananas.
05 - Dump mixture into your pan, sprinkle walnuts on top. Cook for 60-75 minutes until a knife stuck in comes out without batter.

# Notes:

01 - You can fake buttermilk by adding a splash of vinegar to regular milk
02 - Stores in freezer nicely for up to 3 months
