Cottage Chicken Parm Bowl (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup crispy coated chicken breast, already cooked and sliced into small chunks
02 - ½ cup smooth cottage cheese
03 - ½ cup tomato pasta sauce

→ Cheese & Garnishes

04 - ¼ cup grated mozzarella cheese
05 - 2 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan
06 - Fresh basil leaves, ripped if too big

# Instructions:

01 - Put cottage cheese at the bottom of your bowl to make a smooth foundation.
02 - Place the hot breaded chicken pieces on top of cottage cheese. Drizzle pasta sauce all over the chicken.
03 - Scatter mozzarella and Parmesan on top. Add torn basil leaves. Eat right away while it's still warm.
