# Ingredients:

01 - 225 g cream cheese, softened
02 - 60 g cooked bacon, crumbled
03 - 60 g shredded cheddar cheese
04 - 2 tbsp green onions, chopped
05 - 1 tsp garlic powder

06 - 1 x 285 g bag large Doritos (Nacho Cheese or Cool Ranch)

→ Garnish (optional)

07 - Fresh chives, finely sliced
08 - Extra cooked bacon, crumbled

# Instructions:

01 - Combine softened cream cheese, crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar, chopped green onions, and garlic powder in a medium mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly until the filling is smooth and evenly blended.
02 - Gently open the side of each large Dorito chip to form a pocket, taking care not to split or break the chip completely.
03 - Using a small spoon or piping bag, carefully fill each Dorito pocket with the cream cheese mixture. Avoid overfilling to maintain chip integrity.
04 - Arrange the stuffed Doritos on a serving tray and refrigerate for 15 minutes to allow the filling to firm slightly. Garnish with chives or additional bacon if desired. Serve immediately.
