Creamy Beef Bowtie Pasta (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley.
02 - 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese.
03 - 1 cup heavy cream.
04 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
05 - 1/2 teaspoon salt.
06 - 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika.
07 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning.
08 - 2 cups beef broth.
09 - 1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes.
10 - 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped.
11 - 1 small onion, chopped.
12 - 1 pound ground beef.
13 - 1 tablespoon olive oil.
14 - 12 ounces farfalle pasta.

# Instructions:

01 - Boil farfalle as directed on the package till it's just firm enough. Drain and put it aside.
02 - Sauté beef with onions in olive oil for 5-7 minutes. Add garlic near the end and cook another minute or two.
03 - Mix in diced tomatoes, broth, and seasonings. Let that bubble for 5-7 minutes.
04 - Lower the heat and blend in cream and cheese until the sauce is creamy.
05 - Combine your cooked pasta and sauce, tossing everything evenly. Sprinkle parsley on top.

01 - Feel free to throw in extras like peas or broccoli.
