Crispy Chicken Potato Dish (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 5-6 cups smashed spuds
02 - 1 cup sweet corn kernels
03 - 1 cup shredded cheddar, straight off the block

→ Topping

04 - 8 strips of breaded chicken (store-bought or from scratch)
05 - Brown sauce (quick packet or homestyle)

# Instructions:

01 - Heat your oven to 400°F. Let frozen chicken sit out for 5 minutes before you cut it up.
02 - Put hot mashed spuds into a 9x13 dish. Scatter corn on top then add your cheese.
03 - Cut your chicken strips into chunks and place them over everything.
04 - Put in oven without covering for 15-20 minutes. Go with 15 for homemade chicken bits or 20 for frozen ones.
05 - Make your sauce while everything's cooking. Pour it over the top right before you eat.

01 - Don't use cold potatoes straight from the fridge
02 - Tiny popcorn chicken works too
