Set your oven to 320°F. Put pistachios on a tray and heat them for 6 minutes just until they're warm, don't let them turn brown.

Put the warm pistachios in your blender. Run it on low for 5-7 minutes, making sure to wipe down the sides now and then, until you get a smooth flowing mixture.

Pour into a sealed container. It'll stay good for a week if kept out or a month if you stick it in the fridge.
