Creamy Tuscan Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/3 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes.
02 - 6 oz of drained, thawed spinach.
03 - 3/4 cup tangy sour cream.
04 - 1 teaspoon of finely minced garlic.
05 - 1 teaspoon of herby Italian seasoning.
06 - 8 oz soft cream cheese.
07 - 1/4 teaspoon of salt to taste.
08 - 1 cup of grated, nutty Parmesan.
09 - 1 cup of mozzarella, shredded.
10 - 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F and grease a small 1-quart baking dish lightly.
02 - With a hand mixer, whip together sour cream and softened cream cheese until nice and creamy.
03 - Stir in garlic, mozzarella, Parmesan, and all the seasonings.
04 - Add the spinach and sun-dried tomatoes, and gently fold them into the mix.
05 - Spread the mixture evenly into the baking dish and bake for about 15-20 minutes, until it’s bubbly and heated through.
06 - Serve it warm with your favorite bread or crispy crackers.

# Notes:

01 - You can prepare it in advance and cook it later.
02 - Make sure to squeeze as much liquid as you can out of the spinach.
03 - Tastes best when eaten while hot.
